We’ve hopped this beer with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe to create a certified tropical punchbowl of flavour. Strong enough to retain all that incredible mouthfeel, but sessionable enough to smash pints of.

We’ve used heritage grain as part of a complex malt bill, for a rounded beer with plenty of depth – the perfect base for layers of bold and punchy hop character from the combination of Simcoe, Centennial and Cashmere.

Spicy and herbal, with notes of oily resin softened by hints of fruity melon.
